Our mission and vision
Catching the Vision – growing, sharing and providing.
2009 was an exciting year for us as a church.
The whole church has been dreaming dreams, identifying where we feel God is leading us a church.
In the process we have come up with three mission aims:
- To continue to grow as a vibrant community of faith.
- To share the love of Christ in the wider community
- To provide a heart for the community inspired by God’s love.
These are not simply nice ideas that we have plucked out of thin air, but are a natural expression of what has already begun to take place at Holy Trinity.
This is reflected in the different activities that are taking place during the week with groups meeting the needs of a wide range of people. In the process the church has become far more outward looking as it has sought to reach out to our local community with the love of Christ.
Holy Trinity is becoming a heart for the community, where people find a warm welcome and discover the love of God in action.
